Mr. McDuff is a licensed CPA and worked as an accountant for Price Waterhouse for a number of years before attending law school. He established his solo practice upon graduation. He is a member of the Tax and Litigation sections of the Travis County Bar Association, and the Litigation section of the State Bar of Texas.
